JCC Facility Rules

Sports & Wellness Requirements

  • You must be 14 years of age to enter any workout area or use any fitness equipment.
  • You must be 18 years of age to enter the Men’s or Women’s Locker Room. Those under the age of 18 must use the Boys’ or Girls’ Locker Room; this includes parents accompanying small children. Hair dyes are not allowed in the JCC Locker Room or Wet Area.

 

Spa & Pool Area Information

  • For your sanitary safety the JCC requires its members to wear proper swim attire in the saunas, whirlpool & steam room.
  • No street shoes in spa area or on the pool deck.
  • Wet areas close 15 minutes prior to the Center’s closing time.
  • Shaving is not permitted in the whirlpool, sauna and steam room.
  • According to Kentucky State Code 902DAR10:120 - A hot soap shower is required before entering the pool and whirlpool.

 

Locker Information

  • The JCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is your responsibility to lock your locker.
  • If a locker has a name tag, it has been rented by another member and you should not use that locker  Note: Do not leave your lock on a locker unless you have purchased that locker.
  • Yearly locker rental is available and personal belongings may be left overnight.
  • Locks may be purchased for daily locker use.
  • Personal belongings may not be kept overnight.
  • Locks left overnight on lockers that have not been rented will be removed daily.
